Biography

Graduated from Tripoli University and acquired higher qualification (Diploma - DCH and Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health - MRCPCH) from England. - Trained in radiology in Liverpool, and obtained a paediatric radiology fellowship from Alder Hey Children Hospital in 2004. - MSc (Clinical Leadership and Management) with distinction 2013 – Edge Hill University, UK - Worked as a consultant paediatric radiologist in Alder Hey Children Hospital for 12 years with a special interest and as a lead consultant in cardiothoracic imaging and fetal MRI. - Honorary clinical lecturer and examiner – University of Liverpool (2008 to 2016) - Royal Collage of radiologist Tutor 2007 -2009 - Journal Peer Reviewer for many radiology journals such as Clinical Radiology and British Journal of Radiology (BJR) - Invited speaker in many local and international meetings. - In June 2016 moved to Abu Dhabi, working in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, actively involved in setting up comprehensive paediatric radiology services across SEHA facilities.L7
