Biography

Dr Mohammad Daud Khan graduated from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan. Soon after graduation he went to United Kingdom for post-graduation and training in congenital heart diseases. Dr Khan was appointed as consultant at university hospital of Leicester in Nov 2002 and has developed expertise in complex interventional catheterization and management of congenital heart disease in adults. Dr Khan was one of the founders to start developing and establish adult congenital heart disease programmed in Leicestershire region. With a broad experience gained from working in a variety of national and international centers His research portfolio includes publication of several scientific papers as first author and presentations at national and international meetings. He was appointed as chief interventional congenital cardiologist in April 2011Pediatric Adult congenital heart disease at Sheikh Khalifa medical city, Abu Dhabi where he started and developing the programmed in interventional congenital heart disease in adults as well as regular follow up clinic. He is accepting referrals from all over United Arab Emirates and has performed all complex interventional procedures in adults and pediatric group successfully.
