She trained at the Unterberg Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center, NJ, USA, serving as chief resident, and later at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She has worked as an attending physician at CHOP and was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. She has been practicing at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City for the past eight years, treating children with complex respiratory disorders, including those requiring long-term mechanical ventilation and sleep-related disorders.
