Biography

Dr. Neerod Kumar Jha is a highly experienced pediatric cardiac surgeon with over 29 years in the field, specializing in complex congenital heart surgeries. Since 2007, he has served as a Cardiac Surgical Specialist at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, holding consultant privileges. Throughout his career, he has performed a wide range of pediatric cardiac procedures and contributed significantly to research, with over 45 publications. His innovative approach to sternal wound management earned him the Silver Award for Best Innovation and Research from the Journal of Wound Care Award Committee (JWC Award), UK, in 2023.
